Most of these should be taken daily for healthy and natural skin care. The best way to get them is through your diet. If your not getting the daily treatment you need, then you should take them as a supplement. Keep in mind, vitamin E cream can be rubbed right on the cellulite area.

The key to getting most of the vitamins, is through fruits and vegetables. Your diet should be built around those two things and drinking plenty of water. The more antioxidants you having going into you, the better it will be for cellulite reduction. It helps keep your skin in top condition.

Have a medical to see if you need to increase intake of a certain vitamin. A blood test can be done to see if you are lacking anything.
